There are an estimated 15,000 people living with Parkinson's in Wisconsin, and a new group in the Northwoods is hoping to help those individuals and their support network. The Wisconsin Parkinson Association, in partnership with the YMCA of the Northwoods, is launching a new Parkinson's Support Group to provide community, resources, and encouragement for individuals living with the disease, as well as their caregivers and family members. Parkinson's is a progressive neurological disorder with no known cure. The WPA's mission is to offer hope, community support, and resources to those affected. Participants are encouraged to bring questions and concerns to the group, where they can connect with others facing similar challenges. They said, "While we may not have all the answers, we are committed to guiding and supporting each other through this journey." In Other News
